Design Overview : The project for preparing the detailed master plan and infrastructure designs for the Al-Rayayna site aims to develop a general plan for the area, located about 8 kilometers from the city of Al-Rayayna. The plan ensures the optimal use of land to meet the local population’s needs for housing and essential daily services. It also considers economic, social, climatic, and demographic factors, in accordance with the standards applied within Libya.
