Design Overview : The project is located west of the city of Al Khoms, in Sha’biyat Al-Marqab, which lies in the eastern part of the Tripoli region. It is approximately 115 km east of Tripoli city center and about 5 km west of Al Khoms city center. The site is bordered to the north by the sea, to the south by the Man-Made River route, to the east by Wadi Zambra (the Eastern Valley), and to the west by Wadi Towejeh.
